I was at a local football game yesterday, and the weather felt great. It was mostly sunny with temps in the 60s. We will see more good football weather today. Overall, the weather will be a nice Fall day. However, there will be some increasing clouds. High pressure is overhead, but it is slowly slipping east.
We have clouds increasing from the west. There are a lot of showers off to the west. However, they should dry up as they move east. They should hit that high pressure, which should help them dissipate. Also, our dew points are in the 40s and low 50s. That is some very dry air at the surface. So we’ll have partly to mostly cloudy skies. We’ll stay cool with high temps near 70 degrees. We’ll have an east/southeast breeze.
Tomorrow we’ll heat up as a warm front moves up from the south. We’ll have partly to mostly cloudy skies. Moisture will increase a bit. So we may see an isolated shower. Then a cold front will quickly move through on Tuesday. High temps will only be in the mid-upper 60s. We’ll have mostly cloudy skies and scattered showers. We’ll warm up again on Wednesday into the 70s with some more scattered showers. Then we’ll cool down to the 60s by Thursday.
Typically, when the temps go up and down, then people start to get the sniffles. At least we are getting some much needed cool air.
