Many folks in line for this morning’s Black Friday sales were really bundled up to try and stay warm. Local temps this morning were in the 20s and 30s. However, wind chills were closer to 20 degrees. We’ll try to warm up a little today, but not much. High temps will be in the mid-upper 40s. Winds will be out of the east/northeast at 8-12mph.
Skies will be partly cloudy. Most of the region will be dry, but I can’t rule out a sprinkle or two near the Bay. By tomorrow we’ll have warmer/more humid air pushing up into the region. We’ll have southeast winds. That will allow temps to rise into the 60s. So it will be a big warmup. However, rain will move into the region as well. It could be heavy at times during the afternoon.
That will impact travel and shopping. The rain will move out by tomorrow night. Then we’ll be dry for Sunday. Highs will be in the 60s. So it should be pretty nice. More rain will move in by Monday with highs in the 60s. Then we’ll be drier and a little cooler Tuesday and Wednesday of next week.
