Reck on the Road: Spike’s K9 Fund


PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – James Hatch spent 25 years in the U.S. Navy. 22 of those years he was a Navy Seal. Hatch says working with dogs was the most rewarding part of his career, and it was a working dog that saved his life. His K9 partner Spike died in the line of duty and now Hatch is doing what he can to protect other working dogs around the country through his mission called Spike’s K9 Fund.
