Smithfield, Virginia is famous for their ham but there’s so much more to this community.  The St. Luke’s Church date back to the 17th century and the grounds are is absolutely breathtaking; especially now in the fall.The scenic views tied in with the rich history makes this place worthwhile.

St. Luke’s Church and Museum is free and open to the public from sunset to sundown. Tours are offered Tuesday through Saturday from 9:30am to 5pm.
