CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — Chesapeake police said Gilmerton Road between Oklahoma Drive and Canal Drive was closed due to an oil spill Tuesday afternoon.
Police were blocking the lane and public works crews were headed to the scene around 4:20 p.m.
