PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Drivers who use the Midtown Tunnel should plan for closures.
The eastbound side of the tunnel will be closed on Sunday, Oct. 29 from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m.
All work depends upon weather conditions, and closure dates are subject to change.
