NORFOLK, VA. (WAVY) — The Downtown Tunnel is scheduled to be closed today, Oct. 15, for individuals traveling westbound.
It will be in effect starting at 9 p.m. until 4 a.m. All west lanes are closed. This will affect people traveling from Norfolk to Portsmouth, but lanes traveling eastbound will remain open.
