VIRGINIA (WAVY) — A state program is available to qualifying households for water bill assistance.
The Low Income Household Water Assistance Program helps Virginia residents pay their water and wastewater bills.
Eligible households must have a gross household income below 150% of the federal poverty level based on household size, live in Virginia and be a U.S. citizen or qualified alien.
