Virginia State Police issues senior alert for missing couple

HENRY COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Authorities are looking for two missing seniors last seen in Martinsville, Virginia. who suffer from cognitive disorders and are believed to be in danger. 

Ernastine Vollbreacht and her husband Rudolph were last seen on May 25 and are traveling in a red 2007 Dodge Caravan, with the Virginia tag VBD-4197 

Rudolph is described as an 87-year-old man with blue eyes and white hair, and about 240 pounds.

Ernastine was last seen wearing blue jeans and a blue floral button-up shirt. She is described as five feet tall and 124 pounds with green eyes and gray hair. 

Virginia State Police have issued a senior alert on behalf of the Henry County Sheriff’s Office.
