VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — After 18 years, the mid-Atlantic region’s largest and longest-running beer festival will be taking 2019 off to reflect on a changing beer culture.
The event team is looking to use this year to further improve the craft beer lover’s experience.
Don’t worry; the festival will be back in 2020. In the meantime, you can check out these not as large, but still brew oriented events.
- Norfolk Harborfest: Friday through to Sunday, June 7-9 at Norfolk’s downtown waterfront Town Point Park. Live music, great food and Saturday night fireworks all add to the experience!
- Taste the Tattoo Brew: Thursday through to Sunday, April 25-28 on Scope Plaza in downtown Norfolk.
- 66th Annual Norfolk NATO Festival International Village: Saturday, April 27 in Town Point Park.
