Two wanted for thefts from TLC Carwash in Hampton

HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) — Hampton police need the public’s help to find two men believed to be behind three separate thefts from a TLC Carwash. 

Ashton Kyle Willis, 33, of Hampton, and Joseph Patrick Barber, 32, of Newport News, are wanted for thefts from coin operated machines at the carwash on Aug. 10, Aug. 22 and Nov. 5. Police say the crimes happened overnight each time. 

Willis is wanted for three counts of grand larceny, three counts of vandalism and three counts of possession of burglary tools. Barber is wanted for one count of grand larceny, one count of vandalism and one count of possession of burglary tools.
