NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Two people were injured early Friday morning after two vehicles overturned in a crash on S. Military Highway in Norfolk.
Norfolk police said in a tweet all northbound lanes on S. Military were closed between Corporate Boulevard and Interstate 264. Drivers were cautioned to use alternate routes during the closure.
The crash impacted three Hampton Roads Transit bus routes Friday morning.

Police said a 38-year-old man was driving northbound on S. Military Highway when he rear-ended another car, driven by a 32-year-old woman. The crash caused both vehicles to overturn.
The man was ejected from his vehicle, according to police. Both drivers involved in the crash were taken to the hospital. Their injuries were not considered life-threatening.
The circumstances of the crash were not immediately clear.
