Train stops before hitting car that was stuck on tracks in Norfolk

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A train stopped before hitting a car that was disabled on railroad tracks Wednesday afternoon in Norfolk. 

Norfolk dispatchers say the car was stuck on tracks at the intersection of Berkley Avenue Ext. and Marsh St. 

No injuries were reported. It’s unclear at this time how the car became disabled.
