NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Three adults have been displaced following a house fire on Tuesday evening.
Fire officials say they were called at 11:23 p.m. to the 8000 block of Meadow Creek Road for the fire. Upon arrival, crews saw heavy fire from the garage area extending to the house of a 1 story residence.
The fire was marked under control at 11:37 p.m. One of the occupants was transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with burns. His condition is unknown. There were no other injuries.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
