A 911 call was received around 9:40 p.m. on July 27 about a robbery at the Family Dollar located at the 900 block of Aberdeen Road. Police say that the suspect entered the business, pulled out a gun and demanded money. Police say the suspect fired one shot while at the business, but no injuries were reported.

The police division told WAVY News 10 that because the gun is evidence in the ongoing investigation it has been blurred in the provided pictures.
