Suffolk police looking for missing, endangered man

SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Suffolk authorities are looking for missing 49-year-old man considered endangered.

Police say Orin Barrymorre Teasley, who has diminished mental capacity and needs continuous care for day-to-day functions, was last seen on January 8 near Maryview Hospital in Portsmouth. He was reported missing on Jan. 11, but police say new information provided Wednesday led to them declaring Teasley endangered.

He’s described as six feet one inch tall and 220 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Police say he also may not know his surroundings or address.

Anyone who spots Teasley is asked to not approach and contact 911 or your local police department.
