HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A crash investigation is underway after a vehicle plowed into a building near Willow Lawn Saturday.

“If anybody would’ve been in that walk it would’ve been a completely different story,” said Thairapy Salon receptionist Johanna Solis.

Authorities say a vehicle crashed into the Thairapy Salon building in the 4900 block of Caskie St.

“Once she went over that little parking stopper right there, it gave her enough height for that car just to fly through the window,” said Solis.

No one was injured, according to Henrico County police.
Police said the female driver will not be charged.

“It scared the living heck out of me and everyone else in the salon. When I looked up and I saw the car through there, I was like is this…am I seeing this, am I really seeing this,” Solis said. “But it was really within a flash, definitely no one saw it coming.”

The owner of the salon, Tammy Nagle, said the woman accidentally hit the gas, causing the vehicle to crash inside.

“You hear it on the news all the time, people talk about it all the time, see it on Facebook all the time, today was our day. It happens,” said Operations Manager Nancy Winters.
