Police: 2 suspects robbed 7-Eleven in Portsmouth

PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Officers in Portsmouth say two armed men robbed a convenience store Tuesday morning.   

Dispatch said they received the call at 1:43 a.m. at the 7-Eleven in the 5000 block of Portsmouth Boulevard. 

The investigation revealed that two armed man entered the business and demanded money. The suspects fled the scene on the foot in an unknown direction. 

No injuries were reported and the investigation is ongoing.
