NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — The Dominion Tower in Norfolk was sold late last week.
Hertz Investment Group has paid $79 million for the 403,276 square foot Dominion Tower office building.
“We like everything about this building,” Judah Hertz, Hertz Investment Group chairman, said in a statement. “The design, the tenant mix and occupancy rate, the parking availability and just a wonderful location next to the Elizabeth River. We strive to acquire best-of-class buildings, and with Dominion Tower that mission was accomplished.”
Hertz owns numerous office towers, including the two 22-story Riverfront Plaza towers in Richmond.
