NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Calling all artists, it’s time to get your creative juices flowing.
The city of Norfolk, the Virginia Public Art Program and the Elizabeth River Trail Foundation want artists for project along the Elizabeth River Trail in Larchmont.
The deadline to enter is April 18, and there’s no fee to apply. Up to three finalists may be selected.
