Norfolk seeking input on future of former Greenies site

News

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Residents will have an opportunity next month to help set the vision for the former Greenies site in Norfolk.

The Ocean View-area staple closed last September after more than 80 years in business.

NorfolK bought the building for $2 million as a part of an effort to revitalize the area.

In March, city officials are hosting a community meeting to discuss the best use for the land.

The meeting is scheduled for March 11 the Mary D. Pretlow Library.
