MATHEWS COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) — A Mathews County man has been charged with hitting a police vehicle in Henrico County.
Virginia State Police said troopers were called to the crash late Wednesday morning on Interstate 64.
State police said a Henrico officer was stopped in the left lane helping with a crash, with his emergency equipment activated, when a GMC Astro van hit the back of the officers car.
