A jury on Tuesday convicted a man who was charged in the stabbing death of a Norfolk woman.
The Norfolk Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office said Clinton Wayne Davis was found guilty of voluntary manslaughter in the death of Nancy Green.
Green was found dead in a Norfolk home in June 2016. It was later determined Green died from a stab wound to the neck.
Jurors recommended a 10-year sentence for Davis — which was then imposed by the court.
Davis was previously sentenced to 14 years in 2000 for second-degree murder in the homicide of Diane Cowell in Norfolk.
