NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) – A Williamsburg man is facing charges following an investigation into a case of road rage in Newport News.
Police were called to the DW Center on Warwick Boulevard around 8 p.m. Friday in reference to a person with a gun. The victim told officers a man pointed a gun at him. He gave police a description of the suspect vehicle, which officers located.
Officers recovered a loaded gun from the vehicle and arrested 22-year-old William Griffin III. Griffin is facing charges of reckless handling, concealed weapon and brandishing.
