Man charged with killing parents in Chesapeake pleads guilty


CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — A man accused of killing his parents pleaded guilty to the crime in court on Monday.

Police say Steve Julian admitted to killing his parents, Sally and Clark Julian, last April at their home on Emberhill Lane in Chesapeake. Steve Julian then drove to his aunt and uncle’s home, and threatened to kill them as well. 

His uncle, Michael Dunlow, physically disarmed and detained him until police arrived.

Julian is scheduled to be sentenced Nov. 8.
