KITTY HAWK, N.C. (WAVY) — A man suspected of exposing himself on the beach in Kitty Hawk has been issued a criminal summons for one of the alleged incidents.
Kitty Hawk Police said in a Facebook post Zane Codi Reynolds, of Corolla, was served a summons for indecent exposure in connection to the April 6 incident near the Lillian Street Beach Access.
Police said Reynolds is still a suspect in connection to an April 5 incident.
Charges are pending further investigation, police said.
