YORKTOWN, Va. (WAVY) – A Yorktown man has turned himself in after being suspected of indecent exposure at a Starbucks.

According to a spokesperson, authorities were called to the Starbucks in the 8100 block of George Washington Memorial Highway after a man allegedly exposed himself to the drive-thru cashier at approximately 6 a.m. on Friday, May 17.

The cashier also said that a similar incident happened on April 14, in which a man came through the drive-thru around the same time with his pants undone and exposing his privates.

She realized that it was the same man because he was driving the same car, a Toyota Rav 4.

After further investigation, authorities identified the man as Tyler McGinnis.

McGinnis turned himself in under two charges of indecent exposure.
