VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Police responded to a deadly shooting in Virginia Beach on Thursday afternoon.
According to Virginia Beach police, officers responded to a gunshot wound case in the 1900 block of King Charles Court just before 3 p.m. Thursday.
When they got to the scene, officers found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. Lifesaving efforts were attempted however, police say the victim succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
The victim has been identified as 18-year-old Da’Myrian Jacob Durel.
