Suffolk Police investigating shooting on Davis Blvd.

SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Suffolk Police are investigating a shooting that injured a man late Tuesday night.

Emergency communications received the call for shots fired at 11:08 p.m. in the 900 block of Davis Boulevard.

Upon arrival, crews found a man on the ground with a gunshot wound. He was airlifted to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Wednesday afternoon, Suffolk Police confirmed the victim is a 30-year-old man from Richmond.
