NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A pedestrian was seriously hurt in a crash Thursday afternoon in Norfolk.
It happened around 1 p.m. on E. Virginia Beach Blvd. near Kempsville Road, police say.
The victim was rushed to the hospital for treatment.
