NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Norfolk police are investigating a stabbing on 49th Street, on the northern end of Colley Avenue.

Police say a man was stabbed at a home in the 700 block of 49th. Dispatchers got the call at 10:17 a.m.

The victim was taken to Sentara Norfolk General and his wound is not considered life-threatening, police said.

There’s no suspect information at this time, but the case is still under investigation.
