Video from a WAVY viewer appears to show security footage of the suspect climbing into the vehicle from the passenger side, before backing up the vehicle. Police say he’s between 15 to 20 years old.

An investigation showed the child’s mother left the child unattended in the car when she went into Happy Tails pet daycare. When she back out the vehicle and child were missing. She hasn’t been charged with anything at this time, police say.
