NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Police are investigating after a shooting Saturday night in Norfolk.
According to dispatch, the call for the shooting came in around 6:45 p.m. in the 1500 block of Bayville St regarding a gunshot victim.
When they got to the scene, officers found a man duffering from a non life-threatening gunshot wound. The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
Police believe the actual shooting occurred at a separate location.
No further information has been released at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
