NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – A man is dead after a crash involving a motorcycle at the intersection of East Little Creek Road and Tidewater Drive Thursday afternoon, Norfolk Police said.
That’s at the Southern Shopping Center.
The call for the crash came in around 4:30 p.m. and police says officers on the scene found a man suffering from life-threatening injuries. The man, later identified as 28-year-old Russell Williams, was pronounced dead at the scene.
No other injuries were reported, police say.
Both the motorcycle and the SUV involved in the crash were towed away. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
