NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A man has died from his injuries following a shooting Tuesday night on Remsen Street in Norfolk.
Police said the call reporting the incident came in around 10:20 p.m. in the 7200 block of Remsen Street. When officers arrived on the scene, they found a 24-year-old Frankie Bland with life-threatening injuries.
He was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital where he later died.
It was determined that the incident happened inside the house, but a motive or circumstance surrounding this incident have not been released.
