NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Fire broke out at a home in the East Beach neighborhood of Norfolk Thursday afternoon.
Video from the scene shows heavy damage to the second floor carriage house at the home on 28th Bay Street.
There were no injuries reported and the cause remains under investigation at this time.
