“On Sunday, February 16, 2020, during the scheduled evening medication pass, nursing staff at The Hidenwood Community became aware of a resident missing from her Independent/Assisted Living apartment,” said Hidenwood director David Joyce in a statement Monday.

Joyce said after a thorough search of the buildings and grounds, police and Keyser’s family were contacted.

Hidenwood residents are able to come and go as they wish, with a community protocol of signing in and out using a system called Accushield.
