Hampton woman carjacked early Saturday morning

HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) – A Hampton woman was carjacked early Saturday morning.

Hampton Police need the public’s help searching for two men connected to a robbery/carjacking that happened on Saturday, May 25.

According to a police report, authorities got a call about a robbery/carjacking that happened in the 1st block of Hollywood Avenue on Saturday at approximately 4 a.m. 

A 36-year-old woman was coming out of her car when two men approached her, showed a firearm and demanded her vehicle.

The victim complied with the suspects and the two men drove towards Kecoughtan Road with her Dodge Sedan. The car was recovered in Newport News that same day.

The suspect were described as a light-skinned black man and a dark-skinned black man. No further description are available at this time.
