CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — A crash has closed the Deep Creek Bridge in Chesapeake Friday afternoon, 10 On Your Side’s Andy Fox is reporting from the scene.

Andy is reporting that the driver is not seriously hurt and that the car came up on the curb and it flipped. An eyewitness, Scott Brown, described what happened:

Traffic is currently stopped at the bridge and drivers are advised to take an alternative route.
