PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — The Churchland Bridge in Portsmouth is expected to close from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday.
It’s part of of the ongoing Churchland Bridge Replacement Project.
The city says the bridge will be closed from Shenandoah Street from Duke Street during that time.
