Kitty Hawk police seek man who exposed himself on the beach

KITTY HAWK, N.C. (WAVY) — Kitty Hawk police are trying to find a man they say exposed and touched himself while at the beach on two occassions.

Police say it happened Friday afternoon and Saturday morning near the Lillian Street Beach Access and Kitty Hawk R-V park near the dune line.

According to police, he was wearing light colored jeans, a blue windbreaker, and tan work boots. Police later identified the man wanted in this incident as Zane Codi Reynolds of Corolla.
