Gloucester deputies searching for bank robbery suspect

GLOUCESTER, Va. (WAVY) – One suspect is still at large after a bank robbery in Gloucester County, Saturday morning. 

Deputies were called around 9:30 a.m. to the BB&T Bank in the 2300 block of George Washington Memorial Highway for a robbery. 

The suspect went into the bank with a gun, demanded money and ran away with an undisclosed amount of cash, according to Gloucester Sheriff’s Office Lt. Sharp. 

Bank surveillance video caught a man with shoulder-length hair, a beard, wearing black sunglasses and a beanie style hat, gloves and work clothing exiting the building.
