CAPE CHARLES, Va. (WAVY) — Investigators in Northampton County are trying to figure out what caused a boat fire.
The Cape Charles Volunteer Fire Department said units responded to the fire at the Cape Charles Yacht Center around 6 a.m. They found smoke coming from one of the boats when they arrived.
Officials say no one was on the boat when the fire started. No one was hurt.
