NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A General Court Martial hearing is scheduled Thursday for a Marine charged in the death of a U.S. Army Green Beret.

Maxwell was one of two Marines charged with Melgar’s death last November. Two members of the famed SEAL Team Six were also charged.

One of the SEALs, Chief Special Warfare Operator Adam Matthews, was sentenced to 12 months of confinement and receive a bad conduct discharge in a hearing last month.
