HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) – Earlier this week a man reportedly exposed himself to several people in a 7-Eleven parking lot.
The incident occurred on the 100 block of Settlers Landing Road on Monday. When police arrived, they found 38-year-old Percell Whitlow exposing his genitalia to customers.
Posts on Facebook referred to the incident and implied that this was not the first time a situation like this has occurred in the area.
Whitlow followed the officers’ orders to pull his pants up and was issued a court date for indecent exposure.
