CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — Police responded to the 2100 block of Atlantic Ave. for a call at 9:04 p.m. notifying them of an armed robbery that had just occurred .
After arriving on scene, officers were told that two black, male subjects entered the business. One displayed a gun and demanded cash from the employee. The employee cooperated and the two suspects fled on foot.
No injuries were reported, and the two men were described as slim, wearing hooded sweatshirts and athletic shoes.
