NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) — The case against a man accused of attacking and raping a woman in Newport News is moving forward.
Phillip Eubanks was charged with rape and abduction by force, intimidation or deception for an alleged incident that happened the afternoon of May 15.
The woman told police her ex-boyfriend attacked her after she refused to let him inside her home.
