An employee at the Harris Teeter on Ferrell Parkway was shot during an attempted robbery early Wednesday. Police released a surveillance image of one of the three suspects in that case and say they have arrested him and the other suspects.

Police say Brennan Smith is the man pictured in the surveillance image. Smith, Keonte Yorkshire and Cato Battle, have been taken into custody in connection with the Harris Teeter attempted armed robbery.

Smith is currently facing charges of robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery.

Battle is charged with use of a firearm, conspire to commit robbery, wearing a mask and attempted robbery.

Yorkshire is facing two counts of conspire to commit robbery, as well as robbery and attempted robbery charges. Police say Yorkshire was also involved in a robbery at the Food Lion in Woods Corner this past Saturday.
