NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Authorities are offering a reward for information on a man who is wanted on 15 total felony charges across three Hampton Roads cities.

The U.S. Marshals Service said in a news release Tuesday that 30-year-old Earl Dontia Wiggins is facing charges in two separate violent robberies from 2018.

In Newport News, Wiggins is wanted on charges of robbery, abduction, sodomy, use of firearm in commission of a felony (three counts) and possession of firearm by felon. The charges stem from a May 2018 incident.

Wiggins is wanted on charges of robbery, abduction, sodomy, use of firearm in commission of a felony (three counts) and possession of firearm by felon in connection to a December 2018 incident in Hampton.

Suffolk police have also taken out a warrant against Wiggins for probation violation, for an underlying assault conviction, according to U.S. Marshals.

The Marshals service said Wiggins should be considered armed and dangerous, and has ties throughout Hampton and Newport News. A reward of $1,000 is being offered for information that could lead to Wiggins’ arrest.
