PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — A 69-year-old man who was reported missing Thursday has been found safe, according to police.
Police began searching for Paul Hampton Thursday around after he reported missing. Police were concerned because he didn’t have medication he needed and no one had heard from him since he left his home.
